What is a pigment inkjet print?
These are prints from a professional photo inkjet printer. When properly taken care of and mounted or stored in archival-safe materials, they will last longer than any human lifespan, unlike C-prints or those from an inkjet with dye-based inks.
What paper do you use?
I use high-grade fine art papers by a variety of manufacturers. Hahnemühle is my favorite but I have also enjoyed the results from Canson and Moab papers. The paper chosen for a specific print depends on size availability. I do not print on glossy paper, as my prints are intended to be mounted under glass and my printer does not have gloss optimizer.
Where did you take these?
In the Nevada desert. Explore long enough in the western and central counties and you may find these places.
When will you ship these?
When I'm done. There will be a delay between ordering and printing, possibly of several weeks to a month or two, as I need to obtain printing and shipping supplies, and am also working a day job. You can always email me at [email protected] with questions or for status updates.
How will you ship these?
USPS Priority Mail.
What's your return policy?
Contact me at [email protected] if you're unhappy and I'll work with you.
Will you ship internationally?
Maybe! Contact me at [email protected] for a shipping quote; I can invoice you.
What if my print is damaged in shipping?
I will ship you another one. Contact me at [email protected]. Keep the packaging, please; to maintain integrity of the edition, I will need the damaged print back so I can destroy it in an elaborate ritual.
How can I contact you?
Email me at [email protected].
You really went offroad in that old Volvo station wagon?
Yes.
Did that get you in trouble?
Yes.
